Lacing roads with nails in Cambodia means vandalism and disrupting public order
Two tyre repairmen who spiced up their business by lacing roads with nails have been charged with vandalism and disrupting public order, according to The Mercury news today.
It’s nothing surprising for Cambodian people to hear tyre repairmen on roadsides did so to spice up their business. However, it is surprising that doing so may be charged with vandalism and disrupting public order.
