The connecting thread

Strategy is useful
when people can
put it to work.

I bridge strategy, communication, and hands-on execution.

My background spans law, learning and development, consulting, and digital strategy. That range helps me translate between technical teams, business stakeholders, and the people expected to use what we build.

I’m strongest where the work crosses boundaries: a website needs a clearer path to action; a platform needs a workable rollout; a learning program needs the structure to run consistently.

01Web strategy

Build a website around the work it needs to do.

Across owned platforms and client work, I develop content structures, technical SEO priorities, internal linking, and conversion paths. The focus is a website that is easier to find, navigate, and improve.

My contribution

Website planning, content and SEO systems, analytics interpretation, and implementation.

02Digital adoption & enablement

Make the rollout usable for the people doing the work.

At Algorithmics Phnom Penh, I supported instructor onboarding, platform use, delivery standards, and training operations so local teams could deliver the program consistently.

Scope matters

Algorithmics provided the curriculum and platform. My work focused on instructor enablement and local rollout execution.

A practical first 90 days

Learn the context.
Build what matters.
Make it repeatable.

The priorities depend on your team. This is the working rhythm I would bring.

Days 01–30

Understand & prioritize

Audit the website, workflow, or learning experience. Talk to stakeholders. Identify friction, agree on outcomes, and turn the findings into a focused roadmap.

Days 31–60

Build & test

Create the priority assets, improve the user journey, and coordinate implementation. Use feedback and UAT to resolve issues before a wider rollout.

Days 61–90

Enable & improve

Support adoption, review what is working, and document the process. Give the team reusable guidance and a clear next set of priorities.

Experience & perspective

A career built
across disciplines.

17+ years across consulting, learning and development, communications, and digital strategy.
